How do I set up an eRaider account?
- Please visit the eRaider website or contact IT Help Central at 742-HELP
How do I set up a Homepage through eRaider?
- Go to the website www.eraider.ttu.edu and after logging in click Personal Web Site to activate the account. For additional information concerning your personal web site visit http://webpages.acs.ttu.edu or contact IT Help Central at 742-HELP.
How do I set an eRaider password reminder?
No One at Texas Tech University or from Anywhere Else Should Ask For Your Password
- Go to the website www.eraider.ttu.edu and after logging in, find the section titled eRaider Password. Click the set button. Once the screen has opened click Set Password Reminder. Choose one of the preset questions or customize your own question. Fill in the answer blank with the appropriate answer.
- For instructions on recovering your password via the password reminder, please visit the "Resetting your password using the eRaider Password Reminder" instructions page.
How do I open a file with extension .ZIP?
- To open a file with the extension .ZIP you must have a program called WinZip. You can download this program at www.winzip.com. After obtaining the program double click the file and WinZip will open. Click Extract and select the appropriate folder to extract the contents of the file to.
How do I log into WebCT?
- WebCT uses your eRaider username and eRaider password for authentication.
  Do not use your Social Security Number for WebCT. You must use your eRaider username and your eRaider Password.
Where can I download Norton AntiVirus, Microsoft Office, Windows, or other TTU-licensed software?
