Setting up Entourage 2004 for Exchange

The instructions below are for the newest version of Entourage 2004 for Exchange.  If you need to update your version of Entourage go to Help -> Check for Updates.

Step 1:  Click on Tools-->Accounts

 

Step 2:  Click on the 'Exchange' Tab, then click 'New'

 

Step 3:  Click on 'Configure account manually'

 


Step 4:  On the 'Account Settings' Tab, fill in the appropriate fields :

  1. Account name: Last Name, First Name
  2. Name: Last Name, First Name
  3. E-mail address: Your TechMail Address (e.g. john.doe@ttu.edu)
  4. Account ID: Your eRaider Username
  5. Domain: TTU
  6. Password: Your eRaider password
  7. Exchange server: https://mail.ttu.edu
  8. Verify that "This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL)" is checked.
     

 

Step 5:  Click OK.  After clicking OK, Entourage should sync with the Exchange Server.
