Enable Blocked Top-Level Domain List in Outlook 2003/2007
Filter all email from a specific International top level domain such as .br, .tv, etc...
- On the Actions menu select Junk E-mail and then select Junk E-mail Options.
- Click on the International tab
and then click the Blocked Top-Level Domain List button.
- Select the international domains you want blocked or Select All. Now click OK and then click OK again to return to Outlook.
