Configuring Junk E-Mail Filters in Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Mail classified as Junk Email by the server will be delivered to your Junk E-Mail folder, accessible via Outlook, IMAP or Outlook Web Access only.  POP users should regularly visit https://mail.ttu.edu to ensure that you do not miss legitimate messages and to delete junk email so your account does not go over quota.

STEP 1:  Open your web browser and navigate to https://mail.ttu.edu.

STEP 2:  You will prompted for a Username and Password.  Enter your eRaider username and password and click OK.

STEP 3:  You will now be logged into your Outlook Web Access.  At the top, right side of the screen click Options.

STEP 4:  In the Options window, click Junk E-mail.

 

STEP 5:  To enable the Junk E-mail filter, check Automatically filter junk e-mail.

STEP 6:  Click Save.
