Entourage 2004: Verifying the Folder Size of Your Mailbox
You should check to see what the size of your mailbox is. To do this, you will have to be using Entourage 2004 setup on the exchange server. Instructions are below:
STEP 1: Open Entourage, and log in to connect to the Exchange server.
STEP 2: Select the Account name that you would like to check the quota.
STEP 3: Click on the Edit menu and select the Folder Properties menu item.
STEP 4: Click on the Storage tab. You will notice a grey spinning wheel on the bottom right hand corner. This means that Entourage is retrieving your total(s) for your selected folder(s) or mailbox.
STEP 5: When you are done, click OK to close this window
