STEP 1: With Outlook 2010 open, click the File tab.
STEP 2: Click Cleanup Tools button, then click Archive.
STEP 3: To archive your entire mailbox, click your mailbox, then click Archive this folder and all subfolders. Change the archive date to your preference, then click OK.
STEP 4: Click the Home tab.
STEP 5: On the status bar you can see that Outlook 2010 is archiving your emails.
STEP 6: Outlook 2010 will also add an "Archives" section for you to view your archived emails.
NOTE: By default archived items are stored on only one computer.
