Change Your eRaider Password Using the eRaider Account Manager
No One at Texas Tech University or from Anywhere Else Should Ask For Your Password
STEP 1: Browse to https://eraider.ttu.edu.
STEP 2: Type your eRaider username and current password, and then click Sign In.
STEP 3: Click eRaider Password on the left.
STEP 4: You may select a password from the "Generated List" or manually specify a password of your choice.
NOTE: The password must meet the following password requirements.
- Must be 8 - 15 alphanumeric characters
- Must contain upper & lower case characters
- Must contain a number
- Must NOT contain a number as the first or last character
- Must NOT contain a word found in the dictionary
- May contain special characters
STEP 5: Type your new password in the "Enter new password" and "Confirm password" fields. Do not press Enter on your keyboard. Click the the Set Password button rather than pressing Enter in order to proceed.
STEP 6: A screen will appear confirming that the password has been changed. Look for the "Password Update Successful" message at the top of your window.
NOTE: It may take up to 5 minutes before your new password works on all services.
