File Upload Size Exceeds Limit in Raiderlink RaiderDrive Channel
When you try to upload a file to your RaiderDrive within Raiderlink, you may receive the following error and the file doesn't upload:
The reason you received the error is due to a file size limit of 25 MB when uploading to RaiderDrive through Raiderlink. To upload files larger than 25 MB, access your RaiderDrive using the following instructions.
NOTE: If you are off campus, you must first establish a TTUnet VPN connection.
- Connect to Your RaiderDrive in Windows Explorer
- Map RaiderDrive to a Drive Letter in Windows
- Connect to Your RaiderDrive in Mac OS X
Once you have connected to RaiderDrive through your operating system, you can upload files larger than 25 MB.
