Office Communicator 2007 R2 Setup
NOTE: Before installing the software, you will need to close Outlook as well as any SharePoint sites open in your Web browser.
STEP 1: Navigate to https://eraider.ttu.edu and sign in with your eRaider username and password.
STEP 2: Click Manage your eRaider Account. This will open the eRaider account Manager.
STEP 3: Click the Software Download button on the left side of the page.
STEP 4: Click the link which reads Click here for Windows.
STEP 5: Click Office Communicator 2007 R2 & Live Meeting.
STEP 6: Click the link which reads Click to Download.
STEP 7: If prompted for credentials, use your eRaider username and password.
STEP 8: Agree to the software license agreement. Then click Agree and begin downloading software. This will take you to a Web page with links to download the software.
STEP 9: Download the Microsoft Office Live Meeting installation package.
STEP 10: Run the installation package to begin installing the program. If you are prompted with the following screen, choose Remove Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 and click Finish. Then run the installation program again. The installation should then complete without further input.

STEP 11: Return to the Web page where you downloaded the first package and download Microsoft Conferencing Add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook.
STEP 12: Open the installation package to begin installing the program.
STEP 13: Click Next, the installation will then proceed automatically.

STEP 14: After the installation is complete, click Close.

STEP 15: Return to the Web page where you downloaded the previous two packages and download the installation package for Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2.
STEP 16: Open the installation package to begin installing the program.
STEP 17: Click Next.

STEP 18: Select I accept the license terms and click Next.

STEP 19: Click Install.

STEP 20: Click Finish.
