Run Windows Updates on Vista
Automatic Updates will keep Windows Vista up-to-date with the most recent security patches. It is recommended to install new updates immediately.
STEP 1: Click Start -> All Programs -> Windows Update.
STEP 2: If updates are available, click the Install updates button to begin downloading and installing the updates.
