Locations with TTUnet Wireless Access
The following locations have TTUnet wireless network access. Project
completion status does not imply that the location has 100% wireless coverage
within the building.
Coverage should be available in most high traffic areas in each building.
The wireless network is also not intended as a replacement for wired network
access but is an augmentation of the existing network. Performance of wired
networks far exceed the capability and quality of wireless networks at this
time. However, the versatility of wireless computing should assist both our
teaching and research missions very well, and with time, the use of wireless
will also continue to enhance activities towards these missions.
