The Mediasite lecture capture system simultaneously records a presenter and their lecture media for live streaming or asynchronous playback. The quality of the presentations, coupled with its ease of use for both students and faculty, make it a great method to create educational content for online delivery. This content can be used to conduct an entirely online class, or as a tool for blended learning. In addition, Media Site can be used as a training tool and as a method to record and preserve special events.
