What software is available?
Many programs are available to students, faculty, and staff. A complete alphabetical list is available.
What is available through a campus-wide agreement? How can I obtain software?
Microsoft Office, FrontPage, Vista, Visual Studio, and Windows are available for purchase in the ATLC Mail facility.
In addition, Symantec Antivirus, available under agreement with Symantec Corp., is available for both download or purchase.
Other site licensed software can also be obtained at the ATLC Main facility.
What is a Software Site License?
A software site license is a legal contract between a software company and an organization. In exchange for a one-time and/or annual fee, a site license entitles the organization to:
- Make and distribute a specific or unlimited number of copies of the software within the organization and possibly also to individuals affiliated with the organization, or
- Purchase copies of the software from the vendor at a discount.
