Beixin is responsible for supervising the IT Help Desk team, who supports Law School-wide information technology services including computing, printing, instructional media, webcasting and teleconferencing.

Beixin earned a Master of Telecommunications from Indiana University in 1998. She has been working at TTU School of Law since 2000, and received the Texas Tech University Quality Service Award in 2004 and the Law School Employee of the Year in 2012.
