Event & Exhibit Space Reservation
As one of the most frequently used buildings on campus, the University Libraries space is seen as prime real estate for displaying exhibits and works as well as hosting events, conferences, and more.
To support scholarly activities, the University Libraries open several spaces in the University Library and Southwest Collection / Special Collections Library (SWC/SCL) to the TTU community for events and exhibits.
Space reservation follows the first come, first served principle with priority given to the Library mission. Time in advance is required by activity type.
- Event (including conference, meeting, reception, etc.): 1 month
- Exhibit: 6 months
- Student Work Display (Exhibit): 1 month
Please read through the relevant policies and pre-reservation checklist for more details before you submit your event or exhibit space requests.
All room setups will be in compliance with ADA requirements and fire codes.
Assistance with technology equipment in the space is available.
