Why so plain?
We are attempting to become a Bobby
approved site. "Bobby is a web-based tool that analyzes web pages for their accessibility to people with disabilities."
The Bobby project is a friendly version of the W3C HTML Validation Service.
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) provide
some structure to the Web. "The W3C was founded in October 1994 to lead the World Wide Web to its full potential by developing common protocols that promote its evolution and ensure its
interoperability."
The W3C sets many standards, for example HTML and
XML. By following these standards we will allow these pages to be
accessible to everyone.
We have removed all of our Themes in effort to identify which sections of our WWW site prevent us from passing these validations. Hence, the site appears a bit plain at the moment. For more information see our section 508 information page.
