My name is Lisa Bruskas and I am a Senior broadcast journalism major and Spanish minor from Albuquerque, New Mexico. After graduation, I plan to apply for the Communication's Masters program with a concentration in Sports Media. I worked as a News Intern at KRQE in Albuquerque during the summer of 2010 and a Sports News Intern at Fox 34 in Lubbock this past summer. Sports and writing are two of my passions. In the future, I would love to put both these passions to good use and work for a sports organization as a Sports Information Director or help with the team's marketing and public relations.
