Biography

Andrew Mosedale is a lecturer in mechanical engineering at Texas Tech University with an interest in fluid mechanics, aerodynamics, and the history of science and technology. Projects from his student days include the study of deep ocean circulation at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and the development of a novel laser-based velocimetry technique at Rutgers University.  He has been a faculty member at Texas Tech since 2006 and has taught courses in statics, mechanics of solids, introduction to design, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and introduction to programming, as well as the thermal-fluids laboratory course.
