Seon Han, Ph.D.
Biography
Dr. Seon Han is a lecturer in the mechanical engineering at Texas Tech University. She received a B.E. from the Cooper Union for the Advancement in Science and Engineering and M.S. and Ph.D. from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, studying dynamics of offshore structures using computational methods. She continued her studies as a postdoctoral scholar at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. She is currently focused on undergraduate education in the areas of dynamics, vibrations, and control of mechanical systems. She has co-authored the textbook, “Mechanical Vibration: Theory and Application.”
