When you place an order on this site, the total price given at checkout is only an estimated price. If you request your order to be shipped, meat lab workers will pull the product for your order and call you with an actual price including shipping and handling charges. If you schedule an order pick up, the actual price will be given to you at the time of pick up.

No credit card information is collected on this Web site. When meat lab workers call to give you the actual cost of your order, they will also get your credit card information over the phone. All credit card information is immediately shredded following the transaction unless otherwise requested by the customer.
