Our mission to honorably pursue excellence extends to everything we do - including Raider Red Meats.

Our product line is broad, consisting of fully-cooked and ready-to-eat meats such as beef jerky, brisket and sausage.

Our steaks are specially selected and aged. We feature only the most tender, juicy and flavorful steaks.

All proceeds are used to support judging teams, graduate student research and the Meat Science Program at Texas Tech University.
