Shipping, Order Pickup and Returns
Shipping Orders
Orders placed prior to 3 p.m. will be shipped out on the same
business day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be shipped on the
following business day.
All orders are shipped overnight. However, if an order is placed on
Friday, a significant additional shipping charge will be associated
with a Saturday delivery. No orders are
shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
Pickup Orders
When you place your order online, you are required to designate a date and
estimated time of pickup. If you wish to change your scheduled pickup time,
please call the meat lab at (806)742-2804. We appreciate timely pickup of your
order. Any order not picked up within 3 days of your scheduled pickup will be
cancelled. Orders must be picked up at the Gordon W. Davis Meat Science
Laboratory in Room 104.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, you can
return them for an exchange for a similar priced product. Due to
university accounting practices, we cannot issue refunds.
