It is the policy of the Museum of Texas Tech University to make its collections and documentation available to the Texas Tech University community, the larger academic community, and the general public for teaching, research, publication, exhibition, and other approved educational activities.  The nature and conditions of use of the collection objects must be consistent with the Museum's Collections Policy regarding care, management, and preservation of objects in its holdings.  The division will consider outgoing loan requests for exhibit and, in some instances, research purposes.  To facilitate the loan request, the researcher is encouraged to download the Professional Agreement Form and send three completed copies to:
