Keyboard
Welcome to the site of Texas Tech's vibrant Keyboard Area. We are proud of our
talented students, our distinguished and experienced faculty, and our productive
learning environment. We maintain our dedication to the highest standards, yet
in an atmosphere of flexibility, collegiality and personal mentoring for each student.
Our keyboard community enjoys a spirit of camaraderie and is enriched by the presence
of international students, most recently coming to us from China, Mexico, Korea,
Canada, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Russia, Taiwan, Chile and Malaysia. A large percentage
of our graduates have found professional placements throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Keyboard study at Texas Tech features bountiful performance opportunities, interaction
with illustrious guest presenters, a thriving and active student chapter of Music
