Audition Requirements – Graduate
AUDITION DATES: February 9 and 23, 2013

Graduate Certificate in Piano Pedagogy
- An audition consisting of 2 contrasting works of at least early intermediate difficulty.* Memorization is optional.
- A videotape or DVD of your teaching, approximately 20 minutes in length
Master of Music in Piano Performance
- An audition, approximately 30 minutes in length, consisting of 3 or more compositions or movements from contrasting style periods representing major works of the standard performance repertoire*
- Repertoire List

- 3 letters of recommendation
Master of Music in Organ Performance

Master of Music in Piano Pedagogy
- An audition, approximately 20 minutes in length, consisting of 3 or more compositions or movements from contrasting style periods*

Master of Music in Collaborative Piano
- An audition, approximately 30 minutes in length, consisting of one memorized solo piano work, one movement from an instrumental sonata or other major chamber work, and one work of your choice*

Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance

*If a live audition is not possible, you may send a high quality VIDEO recording of a recent performance.
**The sightreading assessment may be completed at time of audition or before the first semester of enrollment.
