Women's Chorale
In addition to a regular concert series, the Women's Chorale performs for various other university and
community events. This past November the ensemble performed at the Texas Collegiate Women's Choir Festival
in Austin, and this January the Women's Chorale will join the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra in its performance
of Holst's The Planets. This ensemble is open to females of all majors, yet is primarily made up of music
performance and music education majors. Non-music majors with considerable high school choral experience are
encouraged to consider this ensemble.
Women's Chorale rehearses Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 – 3:20 p.m.
