Health Form We MUST have this on file for your application to be considered complete.
Shuttle/Additional Items Use this form to make an additional payment, schedule a shuttle, or add items to your registration
Camp Handbook updated 4/15/09 this has all of the camp information such as schedules, what to bring, rules, etc. Please take a moment to go over this document carefully with parents and campers
Check Out Form if your child is leaving camp at any point with someone other than their parent or guardian, we MUST have this form on file for you. We WILL NOT be able to accept verbal authorization.
Twirler Info Sheet (All Day) If you are enrolled in ALL DAY Guard or Twirling this is the information regarding your schedule, etc.
