To pay the balance of your account by credit card, call our office at (806) 742-2225 or (806) 742-4204 or send in the "Additional Items" form either via fax or mail with check.

This contains all information about camp including schedule information, rules, etc. Please take a moment to go over this document carefully with parents and campers |
| Health Form/Camp Agreement |
We MUST have this on file for your application to be considered complete. The second page also includes elective preferences, so return as early as possible as electives will be assigned based on completed registration order. |
| Check Out Form |
If your camper is leaving camp at any point with someone other than their parent or guardian, we MUST have this form on file, completed by a parent or guardian. For the safety of your campers, we will not be able to accept verbal authorization. |
| Additional Items/Shuttle Form |
This form may be used to reserve an airport shuttle, extended housing, purchase any additional items, or to make a payment |
