When is Candlelight at the Ranch?
Candlelight takes place during the second weekend of December each year. This year's event will be Friday, December 13 and Saturday, December 14 from 6:30 to 9pm each night.
Where do I park?
The National Ranching Heritage Center's parking lot fills up fast. Overflow parking will be at the TTU museum and International Cultural Center.
Do I need to bring cash?
Candlelight at the Ranch has a suggested door donation of $5 per family. The majority of funding for this event comes from door donations, so if you have a great time, please consider making a contribution.
LED candles, kettle corn, hot cocoa, cider and cookies will be for sale and accept cash only. Cogdell's General Store has a variety of souvenirs, gifts and snacks and take all major credit cards.
There is no ATM at the National Ranching Heritage Center. Please bring cash with you.
Remember to dress for the weather!
West Texas weather is unpredictable. Candlelight at the Ranch has seen rain, snow, cold wind and temps in the mid 60s! Remember to dress for the weather, as the majority of the fun is outdoors.
