Cade Bowlin, M.S.
Biography
I was raised on a farm outside of Coahoma, Texas. After high school I attended Texas State University-San Marcos and obtained my BS in Biology. Upon graduation, I was employed for several years at an immunohematology laboratory in Austin, Texas. I will focus my thesis research on analysis of coyote diets and bobwhite quail response to predation with Dr. Philip Gipson and Dr. John Baccus as my co-advisors. Field research will be performed at the Rolling Plains Quail Research Ranch in Fisher County, Texas. I love hunting, fishing, hiking, and anything else outdoors. I also train, hunt, and field trial bird dogs. Ultimately I would like to work for a state or federal habitat and wildlife conservation agency.
