Biography

I grew up in a small farming community in Southern New Mexico. After high school I attended Lubbock Christian University where I earned my B.S. in Natural Resource Conservation. My research interests include large mammal ecology and management, behavioral ecology in Cervids, and factors affecting growth mechanisms in antler development. I recently worked as a technician for the University of Missouri where I was involved with the reintroduction of Elk to the southern part of the state.  When I am not in school I enjoy bow hunting, long range shooting competition, and spending time with my family.
