WiSE Co-hosts Wind Engineering Summer Camp for Students

A small group of middle school students at Run with the Wind summer camp crowd to see the data on their hand-made wind turbines.

Run on the Wind: Engineering a Clean Tomorrow, WiSE's collaboration with TTU's Institute for the Development and Enrichment of Advanced Learners, was held in early June to a large group of students from across the State. Students experienced the fun of designing and building their own personal wind turbines, and other avenues that explored the power of the wind and the means by which we harness it.
