Start Your Course - Complete your coursework; meet your deadlines.
CREATE A TIMELINE
You have six months from the date of enrollment to complete an CODE course, including the final examination. If you enroll in two or more courses at the same time, the expiration date will be the same for all courses. Dual-credit and college courses cannot be completed in less than one week for every semester hour of credit.
PREPARE FOR GRADUATION
To guarantee grades for graduation, May graduates must have all lessons and final examination requests
submitted by April 15 and final examinations taken by May 7.
In an effort to treat all students fairly and maintain the academic integrity of our program, our faculty and staff will do everything possible to help students meet reasonable graduation deadlines.
K-12 Students: Pay attention to graduation deadlines! If you need to meet graduation or degree requirements, it is up to you to set a schedule for completing your courses on time.

College Students: Final examinations must be taken 30 days prior to whatever deadline you must meet for your college. All lessons must be completed and received before final examinations can be sent to your proctor. Most course instructors require all lessons be graded before the final examination can be sent.

SUBMIT ASSIGNMENTS
Submit assignments via e-mail, regular mail (using your postage-paid envelopes and barcode labels), fax (using barcode labels), or through the online course's web page (as applicable). Specific instructions for submitting assignments will be provided once you have enrolled. Make a copy of each assignment before submitting it. We will not give credit for assignments lost in the regular mail. We recommend (and sometimes require) that you submit assignments one at a time so that you have the benefit of your instructor's feedback before completing the next assignment.
Fax and e-mail services are not available for certain courses. Submitting assignments, for those courses that allow it, via e-mail or fax may reduce transit time but will not shorten grading time. Most e-mailed lessons are returned by e-mail. Faxed lessons are returned by regular mail. Allow one to two weeks from the date your lesson assignment is received in our office for your instructor to evaluate and return it by regular mail. You must pay postage for lesson assignments mailed from outside the contiguous United States; however, no additional fee is charged for e-mailing or faxing assignments.
