Start Your Course - Receive grade reports or transcripts (TTUISD Students Only)
Assignments and a final examination comprise a final course grade. You must pass the final examination in order to pass the course, regardless of assignment grades. If you pass the final examination but have a low assignment average, the result of the course is a failing grade. Please allow enough time for the course grade to be recorded before making your request for a grade report. A percentage of mastery score will be mailed to you and your school. Schools use the percentage of mastery score to determine whether or not to award credit. The minimum passing score for your course is determined by local district policy. Check with your school administrators to determine your school's policy.
You may request a copy of your elementary, middle and high school transcript from the registrar's office or by calling 800.692.6877. You must be a current or former TTUISD student and have completed at least four CODE courses (CBEs do not count) before a transcript will be given; otherwise, you will receive a grade report with the percent of mastery noted.
TTUISD transcript requests must be made in writing. Be sure to include the following with your transcript request:

| High school student enrolled in a dual-credit course | Your school's counselor will receive a monthly report on your progress. A copy of the final grade will be mailed to you, your school, and to the TTU Registrar. To obtain a transcript request form, visit the Office of the Registrar. |
| Home-schooled student not enrolled in TTUISD (diploma program) | You will receive a copy of your final grade. |
| TTUISD student (elementary, middle, and high school diploma program) | You will receive a grade report and the grade will be recorded on your TTUISD transcript. TTUISD students who have completed a minimum of four courses (not including CBEs) may request a copy of their transcripts by e-mailing Registrar's Office or by faxing a request to 806.742.7288. |

| College students enrolled at another university or student not currently pursuing a degree from Texas Tech University | You must request that a copy of your transcript be sent to your college. To obtain a transcript request, visit the Office of the Registrar. |
EXTEND A COURSE
If you are unable to complete a course on or before the expiration date, you may request one six month extension for a fee. An extension must be requested before the course expiration date. An extension is granted only one time per course and cannot be split between two or more courses. No refunds are granted for extensions. It is $50 for a K-12 course and $100 for a college or dual-credit course.
