How is TTUISD different from just taking a single course?
Students must withdraw from their current school to be admitted to TTUISD. The student does not attend a local public or private school when admitted. Instead, all coursework will be completed through TTUISD at a distance. Once accepted, the student must receive approval from a TTUISD counselor or administrator before enrolling in a course.

To take a single course, students do not need to withdraw from their current school. Students must obtain approval from their current school counselor or principal before enrolling.
How much does it cost to apply?
There is a one time, non-refundable $50 fee.
Students can complete an online enrollment form, which can be mailed or faxed to us with payment.
How many courses must a TTUISD student take to be considered full-time?
To be a full-time student, we require a student to be enrolled in four courses. To keep up with a four year system, students will need to enroll in at least six courses per half year. One course is 0.5 credits.
Can I enroll in a course online?
You can enroll in specific classes through our online course catalog.
Additionally, our TTUISD counselors are available every working day to guide you and take your orders by phone. Our toll free number is 800.692.6877.
How much is tuition?
All Elementary and Middle school courses (K-8) cost $90 per .5 credit.
High School courses (9-12) cost $100 per .5 credit.

An approximate cost per year is $1,200 - $1,500.
Textbooks are an additional cost.
What if my child has a disability?
TTUISD can provide you with available disability accommodations before you are officially admitted. Documentation will need to be provided along with the details of your disability and the kind of accommodation the disability requires.
*Please keep in mind that the curriculum is reading and writing intensive and the course content cannot be modified.
Can I get a verification of enrollment through TTUISD?
Yes, full-time students who are turning in two to three lessons per course each month are eligible to get a verification of enrollment form. Please contact a TTUISD counselor or fax the request to 806.742.7288.
If I only lack a few credits, can I test out of them?
TTUISD students are required to take their last 2.5 credits with actual courses. You will not be able to earn them through CBEs.
What is the procedure for changing from the Recommended Graduation Plan to the Minimum Graduation Plan?
If you would like to change from the Recommended Graduation Plan (24 credits) to the Minimum Graduation Plan (22 credits), we must have your request in writing. You may submit it to a TTUISD counselor by mail, e-mail or fax.
