Human Resource Management Certificate

Overview

This program, based on the SHRM Learning System for PHR/SPHR Certification Preparation, is designed to provide you with an overview of the key areas of human resource management. Topics and materials correspond to the six functional areas, responsibilities, and associated knowledge as defined by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

Besides being a powerful tool to assist you in preparing for the PHR or SPHR certification exams, this program also provides professional development for experienced human resource professionals as well as newcomers to the field of HR. It provides a solid foundation for managing the HR challenges of today's demanding work environment and it strengthens individual competencies and productivity.

To earn the certificate, you are required to complete all six courses and the review (40 hours, 4.0 CEUs).

The registration fee for the program is $1,450 which includes the SHRM Learning System course modules, online learner center access, instructor handouts, and CEUs. There is a $100 discount for local or national SHRM members or members of the local Chamber of Commerce. Registration Deadline EXTENDED: January 13th, 2014

Class Times

Classes will meet from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Location: Merket Alumni Center (1st session only) International Culture Center (All other sessions)

Parking: Both the Merket Alumni Center and the International Culture Center have visitor parking directly outside their respective buildings which has been reserved for our group. (No Fees)
