Outlook Import Instructions

Import .ics File into Outlook

1. Click on File Tab -> "Open" -> "Import"
2. Highlight "Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs)" and click "Next".
3. Choose the location where the iCalendar (.ics) file is saved and click "OK".
4. Once the file is selected the data will be available as either "Open as New" or "Import".

Note: To add the data to your Personal Exchange Calendar, select the Import option. When the Open as New option is selected, the file will open as a separate Calendar in addition to your Personal Exchange Calendar.
