Emphasizes assessing client need, monitoring programs based on objectives, and determining program effectiveness and efficiency. 5340. Educational Law (3:3:0). Introduction to the legal aspects of educational organizations, focusing on the school building level and emphasizing the rights and responsibilities of stakeholders. (EDLD 5340) 5391.
