Mission Statement
Provide a confidential, neutral and informal resource for staff of Texas Tech University who have personal issues or concerns that affect their employment.
Vision Statement
That staff are empowered to make positive change for self and others by:
- Facilitating interpersonal communication;
- Identifying resources available for staff;
- Encouraging the development of additional resources for staff; and
- Identifying systemic issues for administration review and resolution.
