Note: All presenters and co-presenters are required to register for the conference and are responsible for their own registration fee, travel, and lodging. In addition, the primary presenter is expected to submit the handouts and/or presentation via email to bettyann.thomas@ttu.edu on or before September 30, 2017, for publication on the conference website. (This will be in lieu of printed handouts.)

Proposal:

Deadline: June 1, 2017

Description: Each concurrent session is 50 minutes in length. The sessions can be led by an individual or a small group of individuals based on a topic of interest from one of the program tracks listed below. We suggest 40 minutes of presentation, with 10 minutes allotted for Question and Answer. Laptops and basic visual equipment will be provided in every room.

Evaluation of proposals: Proposals will be evaluated by the conference committee using a standard rubric.

Note: Selected primary presenters will be notified by August 1, 2017.
