Jennifer Hughes is Director of the Office of Planning and Assessment at Texas Tech University. She will earn her Ph.D. in Higher Education Research in December 2015. Jennifer's dissertation explored faculty compliance in academic assessment practices, and how assessment professional collaborate with faculty members to achieve compliance. Jennifer has held full-time teaching positions in the Rawls College of Business and South Plains College. Before moving to Texas, Jennifer worked in the Colorado Community College and Occupational Education System where she held positions in institutional research and marketing. She earned her B.S. in Speech from Northwestern University and her M.S. in Communication Studies from Illinois State University. Jennifer's research interests include faculty engagement in assessment, compliance strategies used by assessment professionals, and assessment of online learners. Hometown:  Lanark, Illinois

Craig MortonCraig Morton, Ph.D.

Associate Director, Office of Planning & Assessment

Craig Morton, PhD is the Associate Director for The Office of Planning and Assessment. As a native Lubbockite, Craig is a proud Red Raider. He earned his doctorate in Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech University in 2010. His previous degrees are from Texas Tech with a B.A. in Human Development and Family Studies and a M.A. in Educational Psychology. Before working at Texas Tech, Craig was a Licensed Professional Counselor working in the private and non-profit sector. Craig began working at Texas Tech in the Office of Assessment and Planning for Student Affairs in 2006. He has worked In the Office of Planning and Assessment since 2011. Hometown: Lubbock, Texas

Elaina Cantrell RobinsonElaina Cantrell Robinson, M.B.A.

Senior Administrator, Faculty Credentialing

Elaina Cantrell Robinson is the Faculty Credentialing Senior Administrator and administrator of the DigitalMeasures ActivityInsight software platform. Elaina has worked in manufacturing, computer software, and taught at Motlow State Community College (Tennessee) and Pikes Peak Community College (Colorado). Elaina joined the Office of Planning and Assessment in January 2010. Elaina earned a Master and Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University and is currently pursuing her PhD in Higher Education Research at Texas Tech University. Elaina's research interest includes women in higher education leadership. Hometown: Carrizozo, New Mexico

Katie RandolphKatie Garner Randolph, M.A.

Senior Administrator, Student Learning Assessment

Katie Randolph began working in the Office of Planning and Assessment March 2012 as the TracDat/Sharepoint Administrator. She is originally from Oklahoma City, but has lived in Lubbock for the past 6 years. She received a M.A. in Political Science here at Texas Tech in the Fall of 2011, and is currently working towards a Ph.D. She also earned a B.A. and M.A from the College of International Studies at the University of Oklahoma. Libby SpradlinLibby Spradlin, M.Ed

Administrator, Institutional Assessment

Libby Spradlin began working in the Office of Planning and Assessment in February 2015 as the Institutional Assessment Administrator. She recently completed her M.Ed. in Counselor Education at Texas Tech University in 2014 and also received her B.A. in Psychology from Texas Tech in 2010. Libby has previous Texas Tech experience working in the Division of Undergraduate Education and Student Affairs and has counseling experience at the University Career Center and Women's Protective Services. Administrator, General Education

Betty Ann Thomas joined the Office of Planning and Assessment in September of 2015 to assist with the new student iPortfolio program. She earned her B.G.S. degree from Brigham Young University and received an M.Ed. degree from Texas Tech University in May of 2014. Betty Ann was previously employed at the TTU School of Law as a Unit Manager and before that assisted the chair of the Family Medicine Department at the TTU Health Sciences Center. She also worked in a first-generation program at Dixie State College in St. George, Utah. Hometown: Clarkston, Utah

Kahlie CallisonKahlie Callison

Kahlie Callison began working with the Office of Planning & Assessment during the 2014 SACSCOC Reaffirmation CCR Response period where she quickly became an essential part of the Faculty Credentialing transcript process. Kahlie has worked at Texas Tech since 2005 and has worked in the Dean's office of the College of Visual and Performing Arts as the Dean's assistant as well as the Office of the Provost. Kahlie currently serves as the office's Business Manager, and she also manages the Instructor of Record transcript collection procedure. Hometown: Friona, Texas
