The West Texas Assessment Conference was established in 2012 by the Office of Planning and Assessment at Texas Tech University and the Office of Institutional Planning and Assessment at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. In 2013, the Office of Institutional Planning, Policy and Effectiveness at Angelo State University joined as a co-host. The goal of this conference is to bring together higher education professionals across West Texas and the surrounding areas to share ideas and information about accreditation and assessment. Let’s get together once a year, learn from each other, and share the ins and outs of assessment with faculty, staff, and administrators who want to learn more about assessment.
