Mike Betzold is an Assistant Director with Hospitality Services, which is the self-operated campus dining program at Texas Tech University. He has 15 years of service at Texas Tech, and for the last 10 years has led, facilitated, and monitored the assessment efforts of Hospitality Services. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University in 1998.
