Supplemental Passes
Supplemental parking passes are available for University employees who may need to conduct official university business that requires them to park on campus.
How It Works
- Passes are issued to departments, not individuals.
- Each department is allowed up to three supplemental passes. The department is responsible for checking passes out to employees when needed and ensuring they are returned to the department after each use.
- Supplemental passes are intended to assist employees with loading/unloading activities, transporting supplies and materials, etc.
- The passes are not intended to provide parking closer to your workplace.
Lot Areas Available
Depending on the pass issued, supplemental passes can provide employees with access to the following spaces:
- Time Limit
- Visitor
- Park and Pay
- Service
- Another Reserved Lot
Things to Keep in Mind
- Park only in areas designated on the pass.
- Parking is controlled by signage. There is often more than one type of parking space in a lot. So watch for the signs!
- Do not use the pass to avoid parking in your assigned parking lot.
- Do not use the pass for personal business.
