Paige Wood is the Assistant Director of the Tech Transfer Acceleration Program (TTAP). With over 15 years of educational experience, Paige works to ensure the success of all students as they fulfill their goal of a college degree. She received her undergraduate degree in English and Communication from Otterbein University and her M.Ed. in Administration from Wayland Baptist University. Paige is a consultant and national staff developer for the AVID program and is a first generation college student.

Margie Cavazos is a TTAP Academic Specialist. A native of Lubbock, Margie earned her B.A in English and Spanish from Texas Tech. She has worked in education for 15 years, including assignments in San Antonio, Los Angeles and Nanjing, China. Margie has a passion for helping students become successful college students

Sam Kittley is an Academic Specialist with the program. She has her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University. Being a former transfer student into Tech has made her a good source for students to relate with while transitioning into the university setting. Sam is originally from Rule, Texas and has been in Lubbock since 2010.

Sarah Long has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University and is currently a M.Ed. Community Counseling candidate working on her License of Professional Counseling here at Tech. She is also a Specialist in the Texas Army National Guard working as an 88M (Transportation Operator). Sarah is originally from Carrollton, Texas and has been in Lubbock since 2008
