     Steps for Advertising Staff Employment Positions at TTU

In response to departmental questions, the TTU Recruitment Office provides the following information about advertising staff positions. Campus departments may place ads in newspapers, magazines, etc. The Recruitment Office is available to answer questions regarding ads.

Each department will complete and submit the Electronic Purchase Order. The Electronic PO identifies the following information:

Departmental Information
The newspaper/publication
Position title
Date(s) advertisement is to run
Type of advertisement: Display/Line Ad
Proposed content of the advertisement
A separate Electronic Purchase Order for each newspaper/publication is required.

The proposed content of the advertisement will be reviewed by Recruitment and necessary revisions made.

The Recruitment Office will obtain an estimate on the amount of the advertisement.

The approved ad will be submitted to Purchasing for processing.
