To start, change or stop your Credit Union deduction, contact the Credit Union. They will then forward this information to Payroll for processing. Generally the change will be effective on payrolls processed after the first of the month following receipt of the form in the Payroll Department. For specific information on the effective date, contact Payroll Benefits Accounting, 742-3211 ext 262, Room 226 Drane Hall.
