To start, change or stop a Membership Fees deduction, please contact the individual approved organization(s).
Generally the change will be effective on payrolls processed after the first of the month following receipt of the form in the Payroll Department. For specific information on the effective date contact Payroll Benefits Accounting, 742-3211 ext 262, Room 226 Drane Hall.
