TexFlex - Health and/or Dependent Care Reimbursemment Account
To enroll in or change your TexFlex participation, you will need to log on to the Employees Retirement System (ERS) website. For further information regarding this process and when you may enroll or make changes, contact your TTU Personnel Benefits or HSC HR Benefits Office or see their website.
 
If you have not received reimbursement for dependent or health care expenses that you have filed a claim for, contact Payflex, 1-866-FlexTex or 1-866-353-9839, or check its status on their website: Click Here.
If you are terminating employment and have a health care reimbursement account, it is possible to have the remaining amount of your annual maximum for the plan year deducted from your final paycheck. Before your final paycheck is processed, complete the Texflex Enrollment form and return it to TTU Payroll, Attn: TexFlex, PO Box 41092, Lubbock, TX 79409. If your last paycheck has already been processed, but you will be receiving a lump sum vacation check or other type of pay that has not yet been processed, it may be possible to take this deduction out of that check. Contact the Payroll Benefits Accounting office to discuss your options, 742-3211 ext 261, Room 228 Drane Hall.
