Payroll is processed alphabetically by employee’s last name. Refer to the table below.

	Monthly paychecks are distributed on the first working day of the following month.
	Biweekly checks are distributed every other Wednesday. Click here for Pay Schedule.
	Direct Deposits are available on the same day as checks for each regular payroll. Deposit notices are mailed to employees at their home department. Or you may sign up to obtain your Earnings Statement electronically. For more information about Direct Deposit Click Here. For your Earning Statement online Click Here
	Please remember to cancel or change your Direct Deposit with the payroll office BEFORE closing or changing your bank account.
